Kate in San Francisco
My name is Kate and I am a senior Journalism and English major at Colorado State University. The East Bay in Northern California is where I am originally from and I hope to move back there someday. I lived there for 10 years with my parents and my younger brother. I love my family and I am very close to them.
My job, while I am at school, is the Promotions Director at KCSU radio station. This is my second year working there and I could not ask for anything else in a job. I do ticket giveaways, remotes, and promotional events. This may not sound like a lot of work but it keeps me really busy!
I am graduating this year and I have no idea what I am doing. I would love to go to grad school in Southern California but who knows if this hope will become a reality. No matter where I end up though, I will make sure to go out and explore the sights and have many new places to write about and critique.
As for now, I enjoy writing my blog about my favorite San Francisco and East Bay spots, which always comforts me, and makes me feel like home is just around the corner.
